:D I like the idea! Unfortunately, there are no jeans that will make me look 10 years younger and 10 pounds thinner.
Fortunately…it doesn’t really bother me that much! Snow Day! I have plans to do nothing. How good is that?

I would so love to send this to my sister who buys sparkling, glittering, spangled, beaded jeans from TV. As for the custom body, do we really want to be 20 or 30 again (30 I think was my best body year)?

What ?!!! Two weeks for delivery?!!!! Oh, that’s because they have to make them in China, right? Korea? Thailand? Where do they make those jeans my sister buys?

Snow day? Where’s that pot of hot tea and pile of buttered toast? And a good book. Like: The writing life : writers on how they think and work : a collection from the Washington post book world / edited and with an introduction and commentary by Marie Arana.

I do so love good writing. There’s an essay by Humberto Eco in the above book. He’s so witty, so erudite, so so so I can’t think of more superlatives to describe how I love to read his work provided he has had a good translation as I believe he writes in Italian.

Both QVC and Lands End did sell ‘made to order’ jeans for several years. Qvc’s line was called ‘Personify’. If you got your measurements right, and they fed them into the computerized cutting machine right, the fit was superb. It was genius. Worth twice what they were charging. So of course they discontinued offering them.

I want to be 30 again. Or 40.
    Just sayin’.

What do you think about that?
