    Sigh. We females know that we have to work five times as hard, five times as long, five times everything to be thought of as ‘good’ as a man and then we bump up against the ‘glass’ ceiling of no promotion, no pay raise, no praise, etc. Sigh. What a world.

    When are we going to be equal? How can we achieve that? Why ask why.
