Graphic novels! Deja vu. My niece, superbusy, super woman, three children and a husband. The middle daughter is having trouble reading. Newest idea: graphic novelization of Twilight. yeah, yeah. tripe hype. But the ones by Young Kim are amazing.

But will Ana read them? Shall I buy Volume 2 via Amazon?

And my niece. who is so busy hurrying through her life, her children’s lives, her husband’s life, who inadvertently [or not] just lost his job by attempting to assert his worker’s rights with a woman who felt ‘threatened’ by him. Well, he’s 5’11″, weighs what 270? He’s half black, palish with no, don’t say it, nappish hair and a beard and a mustache. He was suspended then told it would be better if he whatever anyway, he’s out, will receive hours worked and the 3 weeks vacation time after the child support is taken out.

Back to niece. She’s always coming up with ideas to stimulate, to balance her children’s lives, her husband’s life. Angel, the oldest, is going to Chicago for some medical something next year. One of four chosen out of her middle school population. 14 year old who looks older because she’s so tall and matured beyond her actual age. Bright, witty, entertaining. She and her mother did a ‘routine’ back and forth, back and forth. amazing, these two.

How I do run on. Coffee, coffee, coffee.

Thanks, Nicole. I was born in Chicago, lived there for a very short time, and looking at your work, my own creative thoughts churning, on a 12-step workbook for Clutterers. We’ve been told that one is being written. I want one now. I looked at Julia Cameron’s Artist’s Way for a model, for a blueprint. Tools? Looseleaf notebook, tabbed subject dividers, and a pile of paper? Two 5 subject spiral bound and 2 others? Then what.

All over the place here and there. How many characters do you all allot us commentors, or is it commenters?

And cable is out. Just hissing ‘snow’, and blurry pictures. I miss the Soundscapes music but can’t get rid of the ‘snow’. TV or cable? I hate calling and called. Got a robot, automated whatever, and did not get the complete set up back. Son is sleeping. Maybe he knows how to get everything back. Signal is coming through but is it our ancient TV? Gee, Wes, maybe we could have bought a Samsung instead of a motherboard and whatever else it was you’ve installed into your worked, reworked, reworked, and reworked again, computer. sigh.

I love your work, Nicole. All of it. Sylvia is my joke of the day. Laugh, laughing, oh, yes, I would never say that to someone but there it is. Going to cloning. Hasta pasta.

    Dirndl!!
And I do like “blatant feminists.” I had been thinking of myself as an arrant feminist, but blatant is much better.

What do you think about that?
